She has built a highly referral-driven business grounded in trust, discretion, and a deep expertise in architecturally significant and older homes, and is proud to be one of the city’s few Historic Home Specialists. Known for a refined, concierge-level approach, Tracy supports clients relocating in and out of Madison with tailored services and consults on renovation and design projects for some of the area’s finest historic residences. Her background in nonprofit management, global service, and fine art brings a sophisticated, culturally informed perspective to her work, including international experience in Kenya and as a Trustee of the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art (MMoCA).
